Push Cart Investments Ltd (PCI), with the aid of low interest loans, Joint Ventures with HAJ/NHT, equity investments and leveraging, will develop a large variety of residential subdivisions through out Jamaica in its efforts to improve the housing shortage that exist in Jamaica, which is over 500,000 and counting. PCI has recognised the need for affordable houses in Jamaica and intends to offer in most of their subdivisions affordable one, two and three bedroom homes for the Jamaican families who qualify for loans from the National Housing Trust, NHT, and has established partnerships with the Housing Agency of Jamaica and the Nht to make this happen.
