Housing Development

Push Cart Investments Ltd (PCI), with the aid of low interest loans, Joint Ventures with HAJ/NHT, equity investments and leveraging, will develop a large variety of residential subdivisions through out Jamaica in its efforts to improve the housing shortage that exist in Jamaica, which is over 500,000 and counting. Five of these subdivisions are Vista View Villas in Lottery ST. James, Mosquito Cove villas in Sandy Bay, Hanover, chapel hill heights in chapel hill, Clarendon, , West Prospect in Bog Walk , St. Catherine and Lion Heights In Stoney Hill, Kingston Jamaica.

 

PCI has recognised the need for affordable houses in Jamaica and intends to offer in most of their subdivisions affordable one, two and three bedroom homes for the Jamaican families who qualify for loans from the National Housing Trust, NHT, and has established partnerships with the Housing Agency of Jamaica and the Nht to make this happen.

PCI has three higher end subdivisions which will cater to the customers who would like to enjoy luxury living to its finest in this beautiful country on the north coast.

located in Lotery St. James, (1050 Units), Chapleton Heights, St. Catherine (800 units), Bog
Walk Heights St. Catherine (400 units), Grange Hill Heights, Westmoreland (1500 units),
Hanover Estates, Hanover (243 units), Ashley’s Estates, Portland (800 units), A1 Lagoon,
Trelawny (75 units), Lion Heights, Kingston, (3 Unit demo homes).
